MURDER OF HENRY NOWAK
WHY ON EARTH WE HAVE ON STREETS PEOPLE LIKE DIGWA?

The Case: MURDER
The Date: 3 December 2025
The Time: 11:30 p.m.
The place: Belmont Road in the Portswood suburb of Southampton, England
Victim: HENRY NOWAK, 18-Year-old British University Student Studying Accounting and Finance.
Attacker: VICKRUM SINGH DIGWA, 23 Years old British Sikh, unemployed.
Police involved: From Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary
The Weapon: 21cm Dagger and small Kirpan.
Chronological events: The police officers from Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary arrived after an emergency 999 call were made by Digwa’s brother.
Digwa lied to the police and falsely accused Nowak of racially abuse despite that Digwa stabbed Nowak five (5) times where the fatal wound was to the chest.
Police handcuffed Nowak despite that Nowak told to the officers that he had been stubbed. One officer replied, "I don't think you have, mate". Nowak pleaded that he could not breathe. He was arrested and died at the scene shortly afterward.
Just before the stabbing, Nowak had recorded Digwa walking away from him during a verbal altercation. However, Digwa tried to grabbed Nowak's phone to prevent being recorded, which led to a physical struggle; there were no eyewitnesses to the stabbing itself.
A Snapchat video recovered from Nowak's phone captured him saying "Hello car" and singing to himself before yawning, while Digwa walked away from him. Nowak continued: "Innit bad man, what bad man. You're a bad man, say you're a bad man, go on." Digwa, still walking away in the video, replied: "I am a bad man".
Digwa inflicted five "stab wounds or cuts" on Nowak, with 21cm dagger he was carrying including a fatal wound to Nowak's chest and wounds to his legs.
There were no eyewitnesses to the attack, but neighbours heard Nowak say he had been stabbed and was dying. Digwa's brother, Gurpreet Digwa who made the 999 call; he lied to the police, including repeatedly telling them that Digwa had been the victim of a racial attack and that no weapons were involved. Gurpreet said that Nowak needed medical attention, and the 999 operator said that police and an ambulance would be dispatched.
Nowak attempted to get away by climbing onto a wheelie bin and then over a fence. He had already suffered a fatal injury; a blood trail indicated he had already been stabbed.
Digwa called his parents, who arrived before police. Kiran Kaur, his mother, took Digwa's knife and hid it at their home. Digwa filmed Nowak fleeing and recorded another video as he lay dying.
Epilogue: The real victim died, while the attacker family should ask themselves what kind of people they are: His brother Gurpreet Digwa stated operator that no weapons were used, on other hand he stated that ambulance is needed. Ambulance for what if there were no weapons. He lied about what the attack was all about. His mother Kiran Kaur took Digwa’s knife and hid it at their home.
Personal comment: Despite that Nowak was telling officers that he had been stabbed, and conn breath, one officer said "Don't think you have, mate." They even pulled Nowak's hands behind his back and handcuffed him. How they could not seeing stabs is mystery for me as an officer briefly lifted Nowak's top around the waist. Moreover, Digwa said Nowak had not been stabbed to which an officer replied "I know but we have to check don't we" while on other hand Nowak said: "Please brother, I can't breathe". These were his last words. An officer then arrested him and read him his rights. At that stage another officer realised he was unresponsive, the handcuffs were removed, an ambulance called and CPR administered.
Nowak was pronounced dead at the scene at 12:37 a.m.. INSANE!
