DELIVERY information

STAMPS:

All deliveries for STAMPS and COLLECTABLES are free of any charges. However, if you would like to have more secure (according to the value of you purchased item) delivery eg. UPS, DHL, TNT then you have to notify us straight after the purchase being made and give us your instruction. You will need to secure the balance for the courier you wanted to be instead of the Royal Mail.

After the purchase you will be given Royal Mail tracking number and you will be able to monitor delivery online through Royal Mail web side > tracking.

If purchase is made by the lunch time, we will endeavour your item to go out the same day if not, the following day. We post all by Special Delivery on our expense therefore, you will get all the following day by 1pm.

Check your local Royal Mail deliveries dates and term and conditions regarding the Saturday’s delivery or deliveries before bank holidays, Christmas or New Year or similar.

We do not accept any responsibilities for damaged during the postage or for non-deliveries. Buyer will need to sort this out on his own way with Royal Mail directly.

We will not post to PO. Box or similar addresses. We will post strictly to your registered address with us only which needs to be same as with PayPal who is payment provider for our stamps and collections.

COLLECTABLES (COLLECTIONS):

The same applies as for the stamps as written above.

AUTOMOTO:

Delivery charges applies to certain vehicles for certain countries which will be clearly displayed on the invoices. Delivery time for vehicles is normally 1-3 days, however, if the vehicle is still with the manufacturer (new or used) they need normally 5-10 days to process the order, then the payment and finally all to deal with all the duties (Custom and Tax issues).

In case if we are doing door to door delivery to your residence in Europe you have to be aware that all the vehicles are transported by lorries therefore, there could be some delays with Custom or Tax clearance or Tax registration on the buyer's borders which all has nothing to do with us.
